Printmaking Paper Sample Pack
Discover Your Perfect Printmaking Surface
We know how tricky it can be to find the right paper — every surface responds differently to ink, pressure, and technique, and sometimes you don’t know until you try.
We have designed this sample pack to make that process easier, offering a hands-on introduction to some of our most loved printmaking papers.
This is just a small glimpse into the paper range that we stock at Melbourne Etching Supplies. Many of these papers come in different sizes, tones, and weights — so once you find a favourite, there’s a full selection waiting for you. For more information about the options available in each of these papers, we recommend looking at our online store, or coming in to talk to us at M.E.S Fairfield or M.E.S Fitzroy.
Each pack includes a carefully curated selection of 10 premium printmaking papers, with two generous sample sizes of each — ideal for testing, comparing, and discovering your favourite papers. Each sample is an eighth of its sheet size (approximately smaller than A4 but larger than A5!).
Whether you’re after subtle surface textures, warm natural tones, or a variety of weights,
these sampler packs are designed to help artists and printmakers find the perfect fit for
their practice.
