Dispatch & Order Processing:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 5 business days. We do our best to contact customers if there are any delays on top of this turn around time. In the event that an item ordered is not available, we will contact you to discuss your order prior to it being sent out. 

 

Christmas Shipping Cut Off Dates 2024:

The below dates as advised by Australia Post are the recommended deadlines to receive your parcels before Christmas. We encourage ordering as soon as possible to ensure your items are delivered on time.
Parcel Post: 20th December 
Parcel Post to Western Australia: 18th December
Parcel Post to Northern Territory: 16th December

MES will do our best to ship orders promptly once received, however please take into account our turnaround times when ordering.
This is the busiest time of year for the postage network and MES are unable to control shipping delays due to disruptions within the postage network. Australia Post updates may be found here: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates 

Shipping:

We dispatch all goods via Australia Post or our courier service (TNT).

You will be provided with a Tracking number. MES do our best to ship orders promptly once received, however we are unable to control shipping delays due to disruptions within the postage network. Australia Post updates may be found here: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates 

In some cases, freight charges can only be accurately determined once the goods have been packed and weighed. We will contact you for payment once your order has been packed and is ready to be sent if this is the case.

For all other orders, please see the below rates that are valid for Australia wide shipping:

Flat Rate Shipping Starting at $10 Available Across Australia
This shipping rate is applicable to small items only

Shipping rates will vary for medium to large size goods which will be reflected at checkout. Any items that do not fall under Dangerous Goods, Oversized or Kit categories are subject to extra costs and you may need to contact us directly for a shipping quote. See details on the specific product pages for more information.

Dangerous Goods (DG Item): 
Items classified as a Dangerous Goods item include Hazardous, Corrosive and Flammable items. These items incur an extra cost as they require special packing and transit options. This is a legal requirement and a specialised rate is applied in addition to any other Shipping Charges. You will find information on DG items on the specific product page, but if you have further questions please contact us directly. Please contact us at mes@mes.net.au for shipping of DG items where online purchase is not available.

Oversized Goods:
Some goods incur an additional Manual Handling Fee as they are outside of standard AusPost or courier parcel sizing. This fee is applied automatically to your calculated shipping rate and is dependent on which state you are in and the size of your parcel.

International Shipping:
For International Shipping and shipping to New Zealand, please contact us directly so we may accurately calculate your shipping rate. Dangerous Goods items may not be currently sent overseas. 

Every care is taken to pack your order so that it arrives safely at your destination.

Returns:

Change of mind returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted after agreement with senior staff and freighted at the claimant’s expense. We will accept return of merchandise only if in saleable condition. Please contact us via mes@mes.net.au or on 03 9419 5666 if you would like to make a return.  

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval from senior management to return such merchandise. Please contact us via mes@mes.net.au or on 03 9419 5666 if you believe an error or damage has occurred with our order.
