Shipping & Returns


Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns will only be accepted after agreement with senior staff and freighted through our carrier or at claimant’s expense. We will accept return of merchandise only if in saleable condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise:

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.


Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be sent by the most economical means available. We dispatch all goods via our Courier service or Australia Post. In some cases, freight charges can only be accurately determined once the goods have been packed and weighed. We will contact you for payment once your order has been packed and is ready to be sent. Every care is taken to pack your order so that it arrives safely at your destination. Whilst we do our best to have orders packed and sent as quickly as possible, please be aware that there may be unforeseen delays and extended postage times that are out of our control. In such events, we will do our best to update you and provide you with tracking numbers.
