E.C. Lyons Hand Plate Cutter (Draw Tool)
The E. C. Lyons Plate Cutting Tool, or Draw Tool, can be used in conjunction with a straight edge ruler to score sharp regular lines in copper. When a line has been scored multiple times, the plate can be snapped to size. The plate cutter draw tool is made of high quality carbon steel with a wooden handle, and measures 16cm in length.
