These new ecru-colored Okawara Pro Rolls are composed of Kozo, Woodpulp and recycled washi yielding a wonderful all-round paper with 1 smooth side & 1 slightly textured side. Awagami's Okawara Pro Rolls are internally sized giving them good strength and are popular for drawing, book arts and all forms of printmaking (especially LINOCUTS!).

Awagami Editioning Papers are crafted with the artistry and knowledge of 300 years of washi papermaking. The papers are made using traditional Japanese fibers such as kozo & gampi as well as other non-tree fibers; bamboo and cotton. Fibers are often skillfully combined yielding washi with highly unique textures and expressive characteristics. All washi in this collection feature 4 feathery deckled edges that add a subtle refinement to finished works.

Awagami Editioning Papers are acid-free, archival and made with a strict attention to quality and preservation. All the papers from this series may be used by artists for a wide range of techniques from ink to printmaking to drawing.
