400 Direct Drive Press by Fitzroy Etching Presses

The 400 is one of our most popular etching presses for those working in small spaces or as a first press. All of our presses are built to order in Melbourne with a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks.

The 400 press features 75mm diameter rollers, Japanese roller bearings, laser cut sides and brass safety stops. The price for this press includes a solid steel bed, 650mm hand wheel and safety strap. This is designed to be used on a bench or table top, but can alternatively be mounted on a stand to be purchased separately, with the option of lockable castors for easy movement. The 400 is also an excellent choice for people who need a portable press for workshops and residencies, as when the bed has been removed the press can be easily lifted by two people.

If you need to have this press delivered, you will also need to purchase a custom made delivery crate. Alternatively, the press can be picked up in store.
