Copper Plates 0.9mm
Finest quality polished copper, plastic laminated on one side for a scratch-free surface. Our copper sheet is ideal for Etching, Drypoint, Engraving and Mezzotint techniques.
Can be etched with ferric chloride, the backside of the plate can be protected with Shellac or plastic contact while etching.
Also available in thicker 1.2mm sheets
Please note while we do our best to cut our plates as precise as possible slight variations of 1-3mm may occur. Due to manufacturing and manual cutting process to cut copper down from larger sheets we cannot guarantee mm precision.
If you are concerned about the variation in sizing we recommend buying larger sheets and cutting down using a Lyons Hand Plate Cutter
