Sennelier's new watercolour primer for watercolour is a semi-absorbent watercolour ground used to prepare any support other than paper for painting with watercolours.

This primer offers a support similar to fine grain watercolour paper enabling the artist to paint on different surfaces such as wood, canvas or board. It increases colour penetration and diffusion, with greater water resistance than traditional paper.

Directions for use: dilute with water; watercolour can be applied once the surface is dry (quick drying).

The primer comes in a convenient 500ml tub.
