Korns Lithographic Crayons

Korns lithographic crayons are made of grease, wax, soot, soap and shellac, designed for drawing directly on lithographic stones, plates or paper.

Their hardness varies from extra soft through to extra hard designed similarly to your favourite pencil range so you can build up drawings as you would with graphite. The softer crayons omit the shellac and can be used to produce deep thick lines while the hardest crayons are suited to lighter more delicate tones.
