Compressed Litho Sponge

The Compressed Litho Sponges are versatile tools for lithography printing, suitable for many stages of the printing process. They can be used to buff a lithography plate with gum arabic and to clean off the gum film afterwards.

These sponges expand to full size when immersed in water. When expanded these sponges maintain a firm consistency ideal for bead free water applications.

The durable material of Litho Sponge stays intact even during the cleaning process, preventing any potential fragmentation.

The sponges measure 115 x 35mm when compressed and swell to 150 x 100mm when wet.
